Intuitive Guidance & Energy Healing Session

Remember Yourself

Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, emotionally exhausted or disconnected from ourselves. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, seeking greater clarity, exploring your spiritual path or simply feeling that life could be different, you are warmly welcomed.

Every session is a unique experience, guided intuitively according to your individual needs. There is no fixed structure or predetermined approach. Instead, I create a calm, compassionate and supportive space where conversation, intuitive guidance and energy healing naturally come together.

Drawing upon many years of professional experience, together with intuitive and spiritual guidance, each session unfolds in the way that best supports you in that moment. Through the power of compassionate conversation, intuitive insight and energy awareness, we gently explore whatever is ready to come into your awareness for you to let go of and move forward.

Many people leave their session feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to themselves, often with a renewed sense of clarity, understanding and inner peace.

Wherever you are on your journey, my intention is to support you with warmth, compassion and respect, helping you reconnect with the wisdom, strength and balance that already exist within you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I met Jane many years ago at a healing centre in Mansfield. She came with an Eastern practice of Reiki having lived in Bangkok and China. A very gifted and intuitive approach to healing and over the time I have known her, her knowledge and practice has grown immensely. Along with healing, she offers courses, which I've attended. They are well written, indepth and fun to be part of Jane has helped push my spiritual growth and helped with my healing journey, suffering from long term ailments and bouts of anxiety.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When you are a Therapist yourself, its difficult to find someone who can hold the energy for a higher level of healing and transformation..but I have found one in Jane C. she is my 'go-to' person when I am feeling frazzled and out of tune!!

Jane has many skills in her 'spiritual toolbox' and the depth of training/knowledge she has aquired over the years is second to none, yet she is very humble and unassuming about it all.

Being so heartcentred means Jane genuinely cares, you can sense it, which allows you to trust. In her 1-to-1 sessions you feel held, listened to, and understood, nothing is ever rushed.

Through her intuition and discerment she knows excactly what you need (even when you don't) whether its her 'wise counsel' that gives answers and guidance when you cannot see a way forward, or her 'off the scale' healing abilities were she taps into advanced realms to repair, restore and realign your mind, emotions, body and spirit.

I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for the 'real deal' to give Jane C. a go..I can promise you will not be dissapointed.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jane is amazing at what she does and her knowledge is second to none. I was a Reiki student of hers. The course was enjoyable and I learnt so much. I've also had the pleasure of Reiki sessions with her and felt immediate relief and great results afterwards. I'd highly recommend Jane as a teacher and practitioner.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been seeing Jane for energy healing for several months now. From my very first session, she has been welcoming, compassionate, and deeply supportive. It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for her gift, her time, and the positive impact she has had on my life.

If this finds you considering a session, I warmly encourage you to go ahead and book with her.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A powerful and genuinely healing experience!
I had a life regression healing session with Jane and it was honestly one of the most impactful sessions I’ve ever done. We explored the roots of the loneliness I’ve carried through my life, which brought up important memories around my dad and the idea of love and forgiveness.
Jane made me feel completely safe and understood. She took her time to talk with me, get to know my story, and guide me through the process without rushing anything. After the regression, she led me through an exercise to help me release old emotional weight and unhelpful attachments to people and situations from my past.
I left the session feeling noticeably lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself.
If you’re looking for someone who is patient, grounded, and genuinely skilled at what they do, I would highly recommend Jane. She really helped me make sense of things I’ve been carrying for years.

Her teaching style is clear, intuitive, and grounded in a deep understanding and knowledge of Reiki. The energy she brings into her sessions is both calming and empowering.

Thank you Jane.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been seeing Jane for energy healing for a few months now. I first visited exhausted, drained and holding things together through willpower. The sessions have enabled me to continue my busy life, with a new ability to recharge and recover quickly. Jane is insightful, caring and keen to explore individual needs, to tailor sessions. The support sessions provide is now essential in my self care planning.
